How to order

Ordering

Check the sizes of each item before purchasing.   It would be nice to avoid to having to send it back because it doesn’t fit.  Take a measuring tape and check the actual fit.

This is an online store so, to order you have to click on the items you want to add to your shopping cart and when you will be ready just click the Paypal button in the Shopping Cart.   You will have the choice to pay by credit card or Paypal.   Your credit card information is protected by Paypal secure server.

Exchange Rate for US buyers

All the prices on this website are in Canadian currency.

To make it easier for US buyer…  Browse through the site, calculate  the prices of the items you want to purchase and go to Universal Currency Converter .  You will be  able to convert the CAD price into US price.

Add the items to the cart and when you are ready to buy, Paypal will convert the total price to US currency.

Shipping

All orders are shipped in less than 24 hours on monday through friday.

Additional delays out of my control can occur but usually it will be something like this:

Canada : 3 to 10 business days.
United States : 5 to 15 business days

Because of the third party (Canada Post) delivery times are not guaranteed, therefore Mode Attraction is released from any responsibility concerning a delay in the reception of the order.

Returns

If by any chance, you don’t like your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, for an exchange of full refund.  But of course, the item has to be in it’s original, undamaged condition.   Be sure to make arrangements that the item will be arriving safely to Mode Attraction in order to receive your refund.  Email me as soon as you can to make arrangements.

If you accidentally break your item or damage it, I can repair it for you.  You will have to return the item with all the components and the beads and I will repair it for a small fee.  You will have to pay for postage for both directions.   Email me to make arrangements.
